📖 Psalm 103:1–5 — A First-Person Breakdown.

“Bless the Lord, O my soul; and all that is within me, bless His holy name!.”

Come on, soul—wake up and worship! I command every part of me—my thoughts, emotions, and will—to praise God. His name isn’t common—it’s holy, and He’s worthy of my full attention.

“Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits:

Don’t you dare forget, soul. God’s been too good to let it slip my mind. I might forget what I had for breakfast, but I must remember what He’s done for me.

“Who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases,

He’s forgiven every rebellion—every twisted thing I’ve done or thought. And He heals—not just bodies, but minds and hearts, too. Healing is in His hands.

“Who redeems your life from destruction, who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies,

I was headed for ruin, and He pulled me back. Then He placed a crown on my head—not of gold, but of His grace. His kindness and mercy are my covering.

“Who satisfies your mouth with good things so your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.”

He feeds my soul with what’s good. And when I feel worn out, He renews me—like an eagle catching fresh wind beneath its wings.

🙏 A Simple Prayer: Lord, You’ve forgiven me, healed me, rescued me, crowned me, satisfied me, and renewed me. May I never forget. I bless You not just with my lips but all within me.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
