The world is reaching again for godhood — just like in Genesis. But only Revelation shows where this ends.
📖 SCRIPTURE #1 – Genesis 3:22–24
“And the Lord God said... lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life... So He drove out the man… and placed cherubims… to keep the way of the tree of life.”
🔍 Key Word – “Keep” (Hebrew: shamar) Means to guard, preserve, restrain access — humanity lost eternal life and face-to-face fellowship with God.
🧭 Genesis begins with Paradise Lost — and the curse unleashed.
📖 SCRIPTURE #2 – Revelation 22:1–2
“...on either side of the river, was there the tree of life... and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.”
🔍 Key Word – “Healing” (Greek: therapeia) means full restoration, recovery, and care, not just physical, but divine relational healing.
🧭 In the last chapter of the Bible, what was lost in Eden is restored in the New Jerusalem — through the Lamb.
📖 SCRIPTURE #3 – Revelation 22:3–5
“And there shall be no more curse… and they shall see His face… and they shall reign for ever and ever.”
🔍 Key Word – “Curse” (Greek: katathema) means a divine sentence, judgment, or doom — the curse of Genesis is fully lifted.
🧭 The serpent is bound. The curse is broken—the redeemed reign with Christ.
⚠️ PROPHETIC APPLICATION
In Genesis, the serpent speaks, and man falls.
In Revelation, the serpent is silenced, and the saints rise.
Mankind today is repeating Genesis — seeking godlike power through tech, unity, and rebellion — but only the Lamb of God restores what was lost.
