Living Your Best Life in Christ Jesus.

Introduction:

Praise God for the privilege of living our lives by His will! The Bible reminds us that “the Lord directs the steps of the godly. He delights in every detail of their lives” (Psalm 37:23 NLT). We can experience the joy of having a close relationship with God and having Him direct our paths.

I. Surrender Your Whole Life to Christ

2. How can we live our lives for the glory of God?

3. What does it mean to be a “living sacrifice” as a follower of Jesus?

4. What are the benefits of living our lives for Christ?

C. Application: Discuss practical ways believers can surrender their lives to Christ and live each day for His glory.


II. Seek God’s Will in Your Life

A. Scripture: James 4:13-15

B. Discussion Points

1. What does it mean to seek God’s will?

2. How can we be sure that we are doing the will of God?

3. Why is it important to seek wisdom and guidance from the Lord?

4. What practical steps can we take to live by God’s will?

C. Application: Discuss ways believers can develop a closer relationship with the Lord and practice submitting their lives to His will.

III. Abide in Christ

A. Scripture: John 15:1-11

B. Discussion Points

1. What does it mean to abide in Christ?

2. How can believers remain connected and obedient to the Lord?

3. Why is abiding in Him necessary for spiritual growth?

4. What happens when believers are not connected to the Lord?

C. Application: Discuss practical ways believers can abide in Christ and remain connected to Him throughout their daily lives.

Conclusion:

Living our best life in Christ Jesus is a beautiful privilege and blessing! We can surrender our lives to Him and allow Him to direct our paths. As believers, we can seek His will for our lives and remain connected to Him by abiding in Him. May we strive daily to live a good and honored life to the Lord!

Psalm 37:4-5 NLT “Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you your heart’s desires. Commit everything you do to the Lord. Trust him, and he will help you.”


Prayer:

Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for Your grace and mercy. We praise You for giving us the privilege of living our best life in Christ Jesus. Help us to surrender fully to You and seek Your will for our lives. May we abide in You and remain connected to You each day. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
