🕯️ “He who keeps Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.” —Psalm 121:4. (NKJV)

Let me tell y’all what that means in plain terms…
God ain’t dozing off. He’s not distracted, and He surely ain’t overwhelmed by what’s happening in the world today.
The Hebrew word for “keeps” means to guard like a shepherd with a staff in one hand and a sling in the other—watchful, ready, never off-duty. And that part about not slumbering or sleeping? That means He’s on 24/7 Heavenly Overwatch.
No blinking.
No coffee breaks.
No changing shifts.
And though this verse speaks of Israel, here’s the good news: through Jesus Christ, we’re grafted into that same covenant (Romans 11:17). So if He’s watching over Israel, He’s watching over me and you, too.
💥 The devil may prowl in the darkness, but my God don’t blink.
So tonight, while the world tosses and turns, I’m resting easy. Because my Keeper is still awake.
🛡️ Stay anchored.
Stay alert.
Stay in the Word.
✝️ Until the last trumpet sounds—One Truth At A Time.
