The Holy Spirit's Empowerment (Acts 18:5-11) When Silas and Timothy arrive, Paul is filled with the Holy Spirit and becomes more focused on preaching the gospel. Despite the opposition he faces, the Lord speaks to him in a vision, encouraging him to keep going (Joshua 1:9). This shows that we should rely on the Holy Spirit for strength and guidance in our Christian journey.
The Protection of God (Acts 18:12-17) In these verses, we see God's protection over Paul when the Jews bring him before Gallio, the proconsul of Achaia. Gallio dismisses the charges, and Paul can continue his ministry. This reminds us that God is our protector and will help us overcome challenges (Psalm 91:1-2).

Paul's Commitment to the Mission (Acts 18:18-23) As Paul leaves Corinth, he continues his journey, stopping in Ephesus before returning to Antioch. This section highlights Paul's unwavering commitment to spreading the gospel, reminding us to be steadfast in our mission (1 Corinthians 15:58).
The Teachings of Apollos (Acts 18:24-28) Apollos, a well-educated Jewish man from Alexandria, preaches about Jesus, but his understanding of the gospel is incomplete. Priscilla and Aquila take him under their wing and mentor him, helping him grow in his knowledge of the Scriptures. This exemplifies the importance of mentorship and discipleship in our faith (Proverbs 27:17).
