Born Again?

Born Again? - - - John 3:3, Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”

To be ‘Born Again’ is to experience a heart transformation - an experience filled with God's peace, hope, and love. This phrase is taken from John 3:3 (KJV), which states: "Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God." In essence, being ‘Born Again’ is a spiritual transformation that occurs when one acknowledges their need for Jesus and puts their Faith in Him.

To become ‘Born Again,’ one must first be willing to accept their spiritual limitations and acknowledge that one cannot Save themselves. This process begins with repentance - an act of turning away from sin and turning towards God. This is followed by faith in Jesus Christ as the only way to reconcile with God and receive His forgiveness for our sins.

When we make this decision, a change takes place deep within us. We become reborn into a new life in Christ, no longer living under sin’s power but instead empowered by the love and grace of God. We become filled with His peace, hope, and love so that we can live our lives by God's will.

Becoming ‘Born Again’ is a life-changing experience that offers unlimited potential for experiencing the joy, hope, and peace that come from having a relationship with God. So, if you are interested, please seek out someone (most Christians you know should be able to help you or point you to someone who can) to help you to take the step of Faith today and open your heart to Jesus Christ - you won't regret it!
