Sunday Morning Blessing

On this glorious Sunday morning, rise and shine,

May the Lord's grace and mercy upon you ever divine,

May your day be filled with blessings from above,

And may you be surrounded by His boundless love.

As the sun begins to warm the earth with its rays,

Let us pause and give thanks for this new day,

For the Lord has made it, and it is marvelous in our eyes,

Let us rejoice and be glad, and let our spirits arise.

In the words of Psalm 118:24, "This is the day that the Lord has made,

Let us rejoice and be glad in it,"

Let us live each moment with gratitude and wit.

May your steps be guided by the Lord's word,

As you walk in faith and trust, as you've heard,

For in Proverbs 3:5-6, we are taught,

"To trust in the Lord with all our heart,

And lean not on our own understanding,

In all our ways, acknowledge Him,

And He will make our paths straight," and reassuring.

And in Philippians 4:13, we find strength,

"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me,"

May this promise encourage you, no matter the length,

Of your journey or how rough the seas may be.

So, on this glorious Sunday morning, let us pray,

For the Lord's presence to be with us all day,

May His light shine upon us and guide our way,

And may His love fill our hearts forever and always.
