Living Your Best Life.

Good morning. Today, I want to talk to you about a topic close to my heart: "Living Your Best Life." In this life journey, we are called to live it to the fullest, guided by our Faith and God's wisdom.

Let's begin with a verse from the Book of Jeremiah, chapter 29, verse 11: "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope." This verse reminds us that God has a purpose for each one of us, a sense of gratitude that leads us toward a life filled with Hope, Joy, and Fulfillment.

So, how do we start living our best life?

1. **Seek God's Will**: To live our best life, we must seek God's will for our journey. Prayer and meditation are essential tools to discern His plan for us. It's in His will that we find true purpose and direction.

2. **Gratitude**: A thankful heart is a joyful heart. Take time daily to count your blessings and gratitude for your life's small and big things. Gratitude opens our hearts to God's abundant grace.

3. **Nurture Relationships**: Our relationships are a significant part of our lives. Building solid and loving connections with family, friends, and community enriches our existence. As it says in Ecclesiastes 4:9-10, "Two are better than one."

4. **Live with Purpose**: Each day presents an opportunity to make a positive impact. Discover your gifts and talents and use them to serve others. In doing so, you will find fulfillment and a sense of purpose.

5. **Overcome Fear**: Fear can hold us back from living our best life. As a cancer survivor and someone who has faced trauma, I know fear can be paralyzing. But remember, "For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7).

6. **Forgive and Let Go**: Forgiveness is a powerful personal growth and healing tool. Release the burden of resentment and anger. As we forgive others, we free ourselves to experience the fullness of life.

7. **Trust God's Timing**: Sometimes, it might seem like our dreams and desires are taking too long to materialize. Trust in God's perfect timing. His plans are more significant than ours, and He knows what's best for us.

In closing, living your best life is about aligning your life with God's purpose, embracing gratitude, nurturing relationships, living with purpose, overcoming fear, forgiving, and trusting God's timing. Remember that your life is a testimony of God's grace and strength.

As we leave this place today, let us carry these principles with us and strive to live each day with Intention, Faith, and Love, trusting that God is guiding us toward our best life. May the Grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.

God bless you all and have a wonderful Sunday.
