Hebrews 10:35-36 - Message

Hebrews 10:35-36 says, "Therefore, do not throw away your confidence, which has a great reward. For you need endurance, so that when you have done the will of God, you may receive what was promised."

This passage reminds the readers of the Book of Hebrews to hold fast to their faith and not give up in the face of trials and difficulties. Instead, the author encourages them to maintain confidence in God and His promises, even when things seem complex and uncertain.

The "great reward" in verse 35, I believe, refers to the promise of eternal life and Salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. The author reminds the readers that their Christianity is not in vain and that a reward awaits them if they remain faithful.

Verse 36 then goes on to emphasize the importance of endurance. The Christian life is not always easy, and there will be times when believers face hardships and challenges. But believers can receive the promised reward by enduring these difficult times and remaining Faithful to God's will.

Overall, Hebrews 10:35-36 is a message of encouragement and exhortation to Christians to remain steadfast in their faith, even in the face of adversity. It reminds us that our faith in God and His promises are not in vain and that a great reward awaits those who endure.
