3 Scriptures for anyone caught in a Downward Spiral.

Scripture 1: Isaiah 41:10 (NIV)

"So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen and help you and uphold you with my righteous right hand."

Remember that God is always with you when you are caught in a downward spiral. He is your constant companion; you need not be afraid or discouraged.

Trust in God's promise to strengthen and support you. He will provide the help you need to overcome your struggles and challenges.

Imagine God's righteous right hand upholding you, giving you stability and security. Lean on His strength and find solace in His presence.

Scripture 2: Psalm 34:17-18 (NIV)

"The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those crushed in spirit."

In your despair, cry out to the Lord with honesty and vulnerability. He listens carefully and is ready to come to your aid.

Take comfort in knowing God is not distant or indifferent to your pain. On the contrary, he draws near to those who are brokenhearted and crushed in spirit.

Believe in God's delivering power. He can rescue you from all your troubles and bring about restoration and healing. Keep hope alive!

Scripture 3: 2 Corinthians 4:8-9 (NIV)

"We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed."

It is natural to face difficulties and challenges in life, but remember that you are not alone in your struggles. God's presence sustains you even amid hardship.

Though you may feel perplexed and uncertain about the way forward, trust that despair is not your final destination. God's grace and guidance will lead you through.

Even when you encounter opposition and persecution, God will never abandon you. Though you may be struck down, you will rise again, for you are not destroyed.

Remember, these verses are a source of encouragement and hope for anyone going through a downward spiral. God's promises and presence are always available to uplift and strengthen you. So hold onto your faith and keep pressing forward, for better days are ahead.
